Job: HR Generalist
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

Work Experience: 5+ years in an HR Generalist role
Previous Duties: Recruiter, HR Officer, HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
- Support hiring managers to identify, recruit and acquire top talent for the MFIC team to implement business goals
- Ensure all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulation pertaining to EEO, rights to work in the US and company policy
- Partner with other members of HR staff on projects to educate various levels of staff on MFIC policy and procedures, including assisting with internal communication
- Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues
- Partner with managers and assist them all aspects of performance management
- Provide metric related reports on time to hire, performance, attrition, etc to senior-level management
- Deliver New Hire Orientation and other presentations as needed
- Conduct exit interviews as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources or related field, or related professional experience required
- 2+ years of direct recruiting and sourcing experience
- 4-5 years of HR Generalist related experience
- Knowledge of employment laws including EEO/AAP, FMLA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, etc.
- Previous experience applying employment laws to the workplace
- Experience providing managers with HR related support
- Experience counseling both employees and managers through difficult situations
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and research methodologies including online web tools, social networks and pipeline development
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (to internal and external audiences at all levels)
- Possess the ability to network and relationship-build with the community-at-large
- Deal effectively with a wide range of company and non-company personnel both in person and over the telephone
- Proficient time management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Possess a positive, mature, and professional attitude
