WILLIAM C. MOSS

William C. Moss is President, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer of MicroBanx and a founding member of Washington Capital Partners and Interamerican Merchant Investors, LLC, an international e-business and investment development firm. He is an experienced manager, with a strong professional background that includes high-tech start-ups and established companies in the U.S. and Latin America.

Mr. Moss is deeply rooted in information technology, having spent 15 years with MACOSA, a prestigious builder and marketer of banking systems (COBIS), as Corporate CEO and as President of its U.S. and Latin American subsidiaries, with major Inter-American business development responsibilities. Mr. Moss and the controlling family of MACOSA have known the founder of MFIC for many years, and his firm is a shareholder in MFIC.

Mr. Moss has also served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation in Washington, DC, and Vice President for Investment Management of CoMat, LLC, an international private equity fund.

He graduated from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, with an MBA and a BS in Economics. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
